“Being the last game in the first round, our game Friday is an important one,” Clifton volleyball’s first-year head coach Paige Poth said. “It can be a turning point for us in finding our way back into the ranks.”
The Lady Cubs (2-4, 15-16) took a blow when the Rio Vista Lady Eagles handed Clifton a decisive 25-18, 25-12, 25-21 straight set loss on the road Tuesday.
