THE SPORTS BUZZ was on location at Dublin’s Bob & Norma Cervetto Stadium Friday night where the Strawn Greyhounds (14-0) raced past the Richland Springs Coyotes (10-2), 100-54, in a Class 1A, Division II state semifinal. THE SPORTS BUZZ returned to Dublin where the Class 1A, Division I’s the top-ranked and undefeated May Tigers (14-0) held off the third-ranked Abbott Panthers (13-1), 50-48, in a wild one Saturday night in Bob & Norma Cervetto Stadium.
