Leaving no doubt they belong in the national title conversation, the third-ranked Texas Longhorns ran all over the Baylor Bears as they took their first step toward transitioning to the Southeastern Conference next season.
In other Texas major college action, the Texas A&M Aggies opened this season’s Southeastern Conference play with a convincing 27-10 victory over the Auburn Tigers, while the Texas Christian Horned Frogs knocked off the SMU Mustangs in possibly one of the final DFW rivalry showdowns.
