Here’s the complete schedule for the fifth round of the UIL football playoffs with Class 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A and 2A division playing State Semifinal matchups while four Class 1A six-man teams await their State Championship showdowns for the 2023 Texas high school football season. On location in Belton this weekend, THE SPORTS BUZZ On The Air features the Class 2A, Division II’s top-ranked and undefeated Mart Panthers (14-0) facing long-time rival the Chilton Pirates (13-1) in a Class 2A, DII State Semifinal showdown at 7 p.m. Friday at UMHB Crusader Stadium in Belton for THE SPORTS BUZZ Game of the Week.
